Customer-Requested Cancellations

All orders are considered final once placed. KR Multimedia does not accept customer-requested cancellations after an order has been successfully submitted.

Please carefully review your order, including product selection, quantity, version, shipping address, and payment information, before clicking “Place Order.”

By placing an order with KR Multimedia, you acknowledge and agree that your order is final and that change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellation requests based on the following reasons will not be accepted:

• Change of mind
• No longer wanting the item
• Ordering the wrong product
• Finding the item at a lower price elsewhere
• Deciding that the item is no longer needed
• Any other reason unrelated to KR Multimedia’s inability to fulfill the order

Product Availability & Supplier Issues

KR Multimedia may cancel an affected item and issue a full refund when we are unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• The Korean supplier is unable to provide the product and there is no confirmed or reasonably foreseeable restock date.
• A limited-edition product is allocated to KRM Multimedia in a quantity lower than the quantity ordered.
• The manufacturer or supplier permanently discontinues the product.
• The supplier otherwise becomes unable to fulfill the product.

In these circumstances, we will issue a full refund for the affected item(s) to the original payment method.

Where the entire order cannot be fulfilled, the original shipping charge, if applicable, will also be refunded.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
