Shipping & Order

Yes we can ship orders nationwide, feel free to contact us via info@krmkpop.com, and we can discuss how to complete your order!

The approximate shipping time for all the NEW RELEASE items is about 1 week from Korea to our store. If your order is not in stock or if you special order an older album , the processing time might take at least 2 weeks.

Product

Yes, KR Multimedia select our product directly from the authorized suppliers, and we guarantee each product’s authenticity. All of the albums purchase go toward to the Korean music charts.

We guarantee all of our products are originally sealed in Korean. Any damage / defect / missing photocard incurred within products are considered manufacturer’s defects. We are not liable for manufacturer’s defects.

We always try our best to examine the products making sure there are no external damages before sending it out. In addition, we use bubble wrap and secured taping to prevent damages during shipping. However, damages during delivery are unpredictable. We are not liable for any item/package damages incurred during transit.
