It usually takes about 2 weeks shipping time from Korea. In store pick up / shipping will begin once the preorder item is available in-store.

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are released and available for in store pick up / shipping.

Due to the covid-19, we are experiencing manufacturer delays / short in albums supply. In General, we can receive your pre-order albums within 1 week but it may not be the case anymore…. Please give the Korean manufacturers and us more time to fulfilled your orders.

The outer case is just for protecting goods.  Scratches and discoloration on the case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning
