Due to the covid-19, we are experiencing manufacturer delays / short in albums supply. In General, we can receive your pre-order albums within 1 week but it may not be the case anymore…. Please give the Korean manufacturers and us more time to fulfilled your orders.

The outer case is just for protecting goods.  Scratches, discoloration, and minor dent / broken on the case can not be the reason for exchange or return.
